On the last Sunday of the autumn holidays, the TV Refrath running team is organizing the 37th Refrather Autumn Run in the autumnal Königsforst on October 15, 2023, with great care from runners for runners. As a season finale, this trail run offers a refreshing change from city races and is characterized by its authenticity. On wide and weatherproof natural paths just outside Cologne, you have the choice: Compete for championship honors on the fast and DLV-measured turnaround course or simply enjoy a nice run in the golden October.
Highlights
- Three men under 17 minutes and 6 women under 20 minutes - it was really fast again in Refrath for the season finale.
- In the shorter distance of 5 km, the triathletes from SSF Bonn dominated with double victories: Max Komes won in 15:40 minutes ahead of Felix Dominik, who finished in 16:25 minutes.
- The fastest woman, Julia Bodenschatz (U20), won with a time of 18:07 ahead of her teammate Ronja Steiling, who finished in 18:23 minutes.
